Investors, Your solution is to start litigation and cost Tels Corp. more money? Sell your stock and see ya. All of the people you listed above have a lot more money invested in Tels stock then you. Your solution is what? Start more costly litigation like the last party and cost Tels over $6,000.00 per month and then walk away? $75,000 went to legal expenses last year alone, if you add that back net income climbs by 78% more or .02. Last Shareholders should applaud not having a reverse split the last one happened under similar events in 1990. What was the price then & what is the price now? I'm sure you'll agree that you'd rather have 40% more stock at 1/16?
