you are correct.

couple reasons why I look at DOW:

1) it was first to give us hint of mkt weakeness. It broke 9000 support and 50 day ema before the naz broke 9 day ema even. Even though our stocks are mainly techs, by looking at DOW, it gave us hints of saying "watch out, techs are NEXT to go down"

2) Related to #1, it means all mkts move together. dow and NAZ move together. It's like a head-to-head race. if the DOW makes the move, usually the NAZ follows. etc.

3) DOW is more easily heard on the news. via radio, media, etc. More comfortable to me.

But yes, more research must be done on the NAZ/NDX.

I will do some this weekend.

We still have to talk on the phone. No time at the moment. I have several projects I need to do this weekend.
