I couldn't agree more. I'm a former Borland employee and still hold 4K shares. The effort to move Borland from a shrink warp company to Enterprise tools was started 2 1/2 years ago, before Del came on board. I like the ideas posted here that Del should put up some of his own cash. Take a pay cut, buy some more stock and show us you really care about the stockholders!

My friends who still work are Inprise all wonder why he's worth some much? Maybe he should be asking himself that?
