in answer to my own question, net revenues can't be determined so
it's not until the next Q that the company knows if revenues are really collectable. although they do say, they make estimates for this at the time of shipment.
So you have to understand why any investor would be alerted with such high return and allowances???

in essence, the revenues stated do need to be taken with a grain of salt. when you read the Q report only because returns are 20%.

thereby, does TLC really earn estimated eps of $0.34 ?
gaap rules thinks so, but you should decide, (I know, as astute investors you are all aware of the risks.)

BTW: when does Lee & co start to bail ? in 5 mos?
no I haven't been short TLC in months, but I'm waiting for put options to start to move, then I'll know it's time. (be warned the DECS sold by smith barney allow them to short TLC!!! so don't be fooled)
