How many OTC companies do you know can raise 5 million dollars? No body hands over that kind of money unless they have done plenty of due diligence. This bodes well for IAS. 5 Million buys plenty of RF engineers and the ability to get production under way. Consider it, IAS hasn't even spent 5M since it's inception. Investment banks want to make a profit on their investment, I expect this bank will introduce IAS to their clients and financial industry contacts. At $3, dilution will be another 1.66 million shares, quite low for a OTC company. Lets hope these people can bring IAS to the big board.
