Zeev The property is a large, potentially high grading precious metals deposit, that is proven and signed off on by Bateman and BD and why IMO it is worth pursuing. Maintaining the corporate entity "IPM" has very tangible benefits, most of which you obviously do not understand or are in fear of. As far as it being commercially viable anything we say here is pure conjecture and therefore is not relevent at this stage. Also, for Phoenix to sign a letter of intent to sell this property when it already has a binding purchase agreement in place is highly illegal. Zeev, you seem like a reasonably intelligent person some of the time so a post like this somewhat surprises me. We are on this particular thread to discuss available financing options for IPM that are fair to existing shareholders, not to discuss subversive property takeover methods. Please respect that. Rob
