Here are excerpts from Zacks:

My Note: For Fiscal Year 1996 the 3 estimates are 1.56, 1.53,
and 1.15---the 1.15 is obviously an old estimate that hasn't yet
been updated--the sooner it gets updated--the better CWEI's stock
price.

For Fiscal Year 1997 the 3 estimates are 1.13, 0.86, 0.80--there
are two old estimates here and the sooner they get changed the
better CWEI's stock price.

QUARTER END 12/96 0.40 0.58 0.29 3 0.11

My Note: For the fourth quarter the 3 estimates are 0.58, 0.33, and
0.29. The 0.33 and 0.29 are old estimates and the sooner they get
updated the better CWEI's stock price.

My Summary: There are two analysts that have not submitted their
new estimates yet. Their old estimates of 0.29 and 0.33 for the
quarter and the one that has 1.15 for the year, plus their estimates
of 0.80 and 0.86 for 1997 are helping hold CWEI's stock price down.
If Morgan Keegan and Paine Webber do these estimates I wonder if we
can find out when their new estimates will be submitted??
