I have e-mailed the questions to Dan Murphy. Unfortunately, I could not get on SI all afternoon Friday, so I just got them done this morning. I only saw questions from Dan Adams and George Eberting, in addition to mine. If anyone else has questions would they please e-mail them to Dan. In addition to what I have posted on the board, I asked Dan to please discuss further the 6.235 million shares that have been registered for conversion on 6-16-98, and to tell us what assurances he can give us that these will not be dumped on the market as the CardCall shares were. I asked this question and Dan Murphy said he felt they were investors just like me and would not want to sell. Unfortunately, I don't think Joe Murphy or anyone else expected the CardCall holders to sell. These have not yet been approved by the SEC, but I assume that they will be and will be available for sale if the holder chooses to do so. I would appreciate any feedback from Joe or bgtit as to how long it usually takes for the SEC to approve the conversion once the S-3 is filed. Jewel
