I was suspended for three days for posting more than 20 times in six hours. From 2:11 pm Tuesday to 2:11 pm Friday.

A few things to set the record straight.

About me,

I am an individual investor. I have never been paid by anyone in any way shape or form to promote any company or stock. I am not a professional trader nor do I have anything to do with the investment world other than my personal investments. I do travel to meet company executives when I am really interested in a company. I pay for everything myself.

I daytrade and I invest in companies for the long haul. Most companies that I am invested in long, I sell enough shares on the way up to get my initial investment back and keep the free shares. I do daytrade stocks on news and volume. If I see a stock running on news and I think the volume is enough to carry it high enough to get a good profit, I get in. Yes I will then call attention to it as many others do.

Where I get my information,

I do call and visit companies when I can, on the ones I have a long interest in, but most all of my information comes to me via Email from individuals all over the world. Yes, I do get Emails from England, Italy, Hong Kong and many other places around the world. I get four types of Email. Those that lost money on a stock I liked, those that are thanking me for pointing out a stock they made money on, those asking me for an opinion on a stock that they may like and far and away the bulk is from people throwing information at me.

The information Emails that I get range from daytraders telling me about a stock that they believe will run for whatever reason (news, hype, etc.). Then there are those that claim to know about a particular company and maybe that their earnings will be great or that they will be putting out a big press release. Now, it is not at all difficult to take say information that a news release is coming, call the company and get the kind of responses that could easily lead you to believe your lead is true. You know the kind of responses I mean we have all gotten them, "we can not at this time say there is a news release coming, but we do have some exciting things happening that you will find out about soon enough" and " I can not disclose that information at this time, but I won't say that we don't have something coming soon".

There is nothing sinister about all of this and I know that because I am so high profile I get attention when I post. Sometimes I am just repeating a post from someone else that no one paid any attention to and as soon as I post it the roof caves in. A perfect example is, I read a post about a news release coming on a thread from what I believe to be a reliable poster and no one has responded to it, I repeat it and there are ten responses asking if I believed it was true or someone saying I have inside information. It all comes with the territory. I get threats everyday from someone coming to my house to kill me to the SEC coming to review my trading logs. Well, if someone wants to kill me over a stock I like, how stable is this person and as far as the SEC, my trading logs would clearly show an amateur trader that manages to win just a little more than he looses and you would be very surprised to see which ones I have lost on (NBET, MEGH, down big on CYGS at the moment)

My thoughts on CYGS,

I do believe in CYGS, Mike Skillern and their technology.

My attention was called to CYGS in an Email I received from someone calling attention to it's recent move from .20 to .41 in a few days with no attention given to it. I immediately started my DD and discovered the antisense and ssDNA technology the company was developing could have a big impact on the biomedical world if true. So, I took a chance and bought in and told a few friends. The stock price kept climbing and I sold out at .75 with what I thought was a good profit and moved on. Well, the stock price just kept on going up so I got back in and started digging deeper into CYGS. By the time the stock price was at 1.00 I had enough information to lead me to believe this thing was for real and would keep climbing on it's own from people quietly finding what I did. So at 1.00 I started Emailing my find out and kept it off the potential kiss of death, the net. The stock price just kept climbing and I Emailed updates out a few more times.

On the afternoon of Friday 7/17 I arrived in Miami to meet Mike Skillern. The stock price was 1.90 and I was on my laptop in my hotel room and while reading the threads. I read that someone called CYGS in Texas and was told the usual, that news was coming, but they could not tell them when. I did find out that Mike Skillern while in Miami was meeting with some investment bankers and that he would be back in Texas on Tuesday.

I then started to think and put the pieces of the puzzle together the way I thought they fit. News coming, Skillern meeting with bankers, Skillern back in Texas on Tues. It was simple, news next week, likely Tuesday. So I promptly Emailed out and put on the net what I thought was the last chance to buy in CYGS before it was reveled to the world the technology they had and the stock price would take off.

I did meet Mike Skillern for a few hours in Miami while he was passing through on vacation. I did not meet anyone in Texas where CYGS is based. My time with Mike Skillern was spent with him explaining and me trying to understand their ssDNA technology. I found him to be a gracious and indefatigable man.

I fly back home on Sunday totally convinced (as I still am) that Mike Skillern and CYGS have the key to open the biomedical world's doors to all kinds of cures.

Well, I was right about it being the last time to get in at that level, I was right about news on Tuesday, I was wrong about the content of the news (so much for inside information). I bought CYGS stock all the way up to 2.78 and never sold a share all the way up to 3.40 and back down to 2.50 at the moment I am at a considerable loss on CYGS, but my belief in them is even stronger.

I am long on CYGS and will continue to post my thoughts and findings. What I will not do is get into defending myself or CYGS against obviously organized and possibly paid bashers. All you need to do is go to your favorite bashers profile, read their last 25 posts and see for yourself that they never post anything positive, never any DD or information about a company, never contribute anything pertinent to a thread.
