hcm, I am not sure I understand the collar, is that a price under which conversion cannot occur?

I posted the relevant description of the BE/A preferred conversion at:

and I cannot see the collar there.

As it is, I believe it is a floorless with a 20 days trailing "Market price" and discounts going from 70% to deeper discounts at later dates. Have I missed something?
