Juli, I not Lou, but I might be able to partially address some of your questions. First of all, I am fairly sure that the shares issued for the conversion of the preferred are restricted for 1 year, but you should check on this to verify my sources are accurate. Second, being concerned about the Preferred holders receiving more shares is a moot point, since according to my rough calculations they should already have 4 million plus shares from the series C that was converted. Some of those were issued well over a year ago so those would be sellable shares. The first portion of the series C shares were converted when our share price was higher, so if those shares were sold it would be at a loss. I agree with Dan, the Preferred holders are probably long term investors and well in tune with the progress DCI is making and likely put up their money for us because they believed in Murphy's game plan, so I doubt they would be sellers. With the sizable positions they own, (if anyone knows for sure, jump in) I would also think that we would have to see filings if they were to sell shares. I have identified all of the 144's ever filed for DCTC and did not find any that appeared to be related to the Preferred shares. Perhaps this helps.

James
