This deal looks, smells, and is almost certainly final -- but the devil (and the price) is in the details. There is stuff that can't or won't be talked about until the vote. There is a slight risk that it can fall through til the vote. The portal and how it REALLY functions is way off til the vote The relationship of STARWAVE and who is running whom is far off until the vote. I should say I'm a BIG Clinton fan, but I love a good laugh.
