"If there was an offer to buy-out Ancor at $6/share, why didn't they sell? - because they KNOW that they will be shipping switches soon." No they don't. They have no clue. Short few months ago they thought they were shipping equipment someone was going to pay them for. You need to familiarize yourself with the NUKO story. If there is no buyout soon this will be trading on BB for pennies sooner rather than later.
