$8.5 million to break even. They go into this quarter with $1.7 million of new revenue from Warga according to the conference call. They $6 million Bell South deal had $1 million booked last quarter and the remainder will be spread over three years, (about $150k per quarter if you average it out). That means they have a little less than $2 million in the bag for the quarter already. The Warga deal also gives them revenue sharing but how much and when was unclear.

They also said they expected to keep 50%+ revenue growth year over year. If that is true, we should see break even or better results this quarter. They also said on the conference call that there would be no more restructuring charges in the near future. In other words, the worst should be over.

I need $2+ a share on this baby to get out from under my rock!

Go TREV
