Mike, Can you read a financial statement. Probably not, but I thought I'd ask. There is nothing to gain unless the technology works. Someday when you get you $2.00 settlement (For I'm sure what was your big investment of 100 shares), call an INVESTOR and ask when the last time shareholders won against a small-cap. The lawyers look for every distressing situation, get their millions, and leave fools like you pouting on the boards. Since, you filed and you're now content, please say good-bye for good and I'm sure we all wish you well.
