phew, plugging thru about 200 posts today trying to catch up. joe, does the quarter to quarter comparison show an increase in intangibles? if so, this can be attributed to the neosoft purchase. the intangibles would consist of things such as goodwill for say customer base or possibly an excess paid above market value for acquisitions.(not the only types,however, one other that comes immediately to mind is patents) i haven't checked. but if it has increased from qtr to qtr, it could almost certainly be attributed to the neosoft deal. it is a common practice to remove these types of assets from an analyst's perspective. milesov
