Adrian, I was wondering if you knew the efficiency of the antisense oligos actually entering the cell, not including the oligos that get stuck in endosomes? Do these oligos have an special feature to enhance the disruption of the endosome? Also do they have a proposed strategy for in vivo delivery...besides direct injection in to a confined space (eg. eye ball)? Thanks in advance. Where'd He Go?
