Topfuel, I guess you do need glasses.... Or perhaps a subscription to Edgar online. Seems your reliance on Yahoo has once again skewed your perception. In your post # 1530 You emphatically stated that according to your "Yahoo" source Mr. Gordon "did not sell any shares". Your declaration was wrong. This was pointed out to you in post #1533. My post #1552 clearly details TSIG's shares outstanding. Shares under option, and shares under commitment that total 78,112,916. All of the information contained in my post can be read (in your case with glasses) in the S-8 filed by TSIG 6/25/98. The 78,112,916 shares figure does not include any other commitments for sale or issuance of shares by TSIG since 6/25/98. It does not include a provision for the PP that is still pending completion. If the PP is ever completed the share total will swell further. Best Regards, JAB
