I would not be so quick to speak on behalf of the BORL employees. If they have bought into Del's vision, then they know that they are going to make a fortune of their cheap options and ESP shares. If they have not, they probably quit already. If they have not quit, and are not happy, then I would wonder what is up. There are 10 jobs for every decent SW engineer in the valley.
