James This issue has been dealt with before, about 100 or so posts back I would guess. Basically the reason that Crown did not react strongly to the INKT IPO is because the only held 222,000 shares, a far cry from what TSQD owns of DRIV (now 3.8 million). For that reason and that reason alone the impact will be greater for TSQD. All of the valuation models have been outlined earlier in thread. Take a look.
