Don't expect institutions to sell off millions of dollars of holdings in other companies to all jump in at once on Aug 3 to pick up a fully-valued company.

I agree that SAP high, but what tech stock isn't "fully valued"? I think institutions will buy on the basis that the forward PE is 70, and that they know they will have to pay a premium to get in. I expect it to immediately go to a price equal to a forward PE 0f 100, (about 80 on the new split price), and then God knows what the momentum may do to it.
