Just for now, let me add: Companies with WAY too much stock outstanding, and not too much authorized left, but never mind, they're In Acqusition Mode! This leads almost always to you know what... Companies that attempt (sadly, with great success) to convince shareholders that acquisitions are immediately accretive: didn't cost us a THING!!! I am constantly astonished by the number of people who seem genuinely to believe that buying stuff can be cost-free. I'd really like to be able to apply this concept to my daily life.
