I too believe a great deal of this is a well orchestrated Silverman campaign for control. With a JD and all his investment banking experience, Silverman will squash Forbes like a bug. Forbes is out of his league. Don't worry about Forbes absence affecting the stock, as it was HFS NOT CUC that outperformed Intel and MSFT from 1992 - 1997. We will buy another "visionary" much cheaper than Forbes.
