I don't make anything of that, looked like a small retail transaction; I think it was 300 shares or something similar. I think a lot of the recent price activity has come from Yahoo's new feature, which shows insider transactions. There has been some recent activity and some 144s filed; this is NOT insider selling and if people would bother to read the 10K they would realize that they are giving their stock away at these prices. In brief, the 144s are folks that obtained shares as a result of limited partnerships in the 80's. They are not insiders, and as a part of the remaking of the company, these shares are essentially being bought back by the company. They are being taken out of the public float. The earlier insider transactions listed in Yahoo are the same situation. This is NOT insider selling.

You can read the 10K and call the company for more detailed information.

I actually started buying it again last week, they are giving it away.
