Story in Boston Globe today states shares fell 64% after co said it violated its loan agreement, will cut 85 jobs and take fiscal 4th q charges as it stops investing in its medical-endoscope business. "Our target is to be cash-flow neutral and break-even by Dec of this year" said William Hanley, pres and ceo. I checked to see what kinds of posts were here concerning this (I'm not in) and am just passing this along. Rick
