There are two articles which I have read recently. "What the Year 2000 Problem May Do to the Stock Market and the Economy", THE FUTURIST, August-Sept. 1998, page 16-21 and "The Y2K Solution: Run for Your Life!!, WIRED, August, 1998, page 122-125, and 164-167.

These two articles does pose questions which may cause us to want to look into the Y2K Problem and alternatives which we may want to consider in our investments, AMAT and otherwise.
