You might want to consider TVF closed end fund until Thai WEBS become available. It is selling at 10% discount, with 1/3 rd in cash, 1/3rd in Thai stocks and rest spread around Vietnam, Singapore and Hong Kong. Ram PS. Does anyone know if a WEB is like a mutual fund with yearly expense fees ?
