IMO (not that it counts), I don't care who has the bills and where they get delivered. It just has to be easy and fast to pay, if a bank can do this, fine by me, if Quicken can do that, that's good to. I need:

1. It to be very Easy.
2. To be Web Based.
3. To be able to find an updated balance after I hit the pay bill button.
4. To be Error free.
5. To receive and pay all bills at one location

As a consumer, who ever can do this first, I will go with them.
