To Bruce: Since Ramsey Su doesn't like price quotes here, guess he won't applaud a LEAPS discussion, but it would be useful to me at this juncture since it seems like LEAPS are a way to gain from a major move up by 2000 and 2001 - if it happens of course. I am just learning by experimenting with a few Q and Loral LEAPS bought last winter. Results so far, so good. Loral has more than doubled and the Q is just about to make major money again IMO. To me this is just a useful way to participate (with LEAP calls) if the stock has a good possibility of major appreciation over a year or two at a little less on the table in cash than the buying only the stock itself. After a core position in the stock itself though IMO. Just another string to the bow. Very much appreciate your political calls Ramsey since think China is a key to how the CDMA/GSM goes forward.. Hope you (and the grand master - the Surfer) will grant some slack for this less substantive subject. :-) Chaz
