''a negative'' in losing the Elf contract... It was a negative <VBG> for SCSWF who got the contract; as their stock has tanked as well. No one that I'm following other than HLX and OMNI (untill recently) has been holding well since April. You would think the deepsea construction co's like CXIPY & SCSWF would be immune from this type of a sell off.
