To All: Investors Bussiness Daily has been bullish on this stock for last couple of weeks now. They have published the graph of ACTL three times in this period and twice in a row last week. The Accumulation/Distribution pattern is also 'A'. Stock is at its near term high and to me shows 'A cup with a Handle'. Usually, stocks move up once this pattern is formed. I may be incorrect. That's why I am posting this here for anyone to take a crack at it.
