Also current shareholders of CPI will have a 90-day lockup of shares and directors will have a 180-day lockup. At least this means that there will not be a large supply of sellers at the beginning. >>

And after that 90/180 lock-up? Any current stockholders thinking of selling? And at a price say around 3, would that mean a profit or loss?
