Presentment is Mail, OK...we are talking that instead of mailing paper...we propose to 'digitally transmit'. Please, excuse my ignorance. I was not following discussions too close lately. I don't understand why someone who doesn't use CF for payment would need CF for presentment only. Let's say my local gas company wants to send me a bill through email. They have all billing information and my email address. Why would they send it all to CF, ask to forward it to me without adding any value and pay for that. If they are able to send it to CF, they are able to send it directly to me as well. TIA
