Gicone,

What I hear from your words is a business person who failed due to his own ineptitude. You bought cards and you couldnt sell them. You got stuck with inventory and started pointing the finger.

The law is clear. Though you are too much of a chicken apparently to file a lawsuit that I doubt you need to hear what happens when a company acquires assets. The liabilities dont transfer.

You spend all this time whining to the BBB and state agencies. What ever happened to that federal agency that you contacted? Stick to your story or it makes you seem like a liar.

You claimed to have accidently deleted the dates from your initial post. Did that happen to every other letter you received?

Business can be rough but its better to go forward than blame everyone else for whatever shortcomings you have. Move on to something more productive with your life. You may change a few people's minds about this stock. What you will really be doing is stealing their money. Scaring them away from a great concept and a stock price that is going to go up. Who are you really trying to protect? It isnt us. We have heard what you have to say.

Im sure others on here will second what I have to say. Please do not post anymore of the same things on this board. Weve heard what you have to say. Let people decide for themselves now.
