Darren, I guess Cramer's "pared" comment meant more than I thought. It seems Cramer is betting that momentum folks will get spooked by market declines in the next 2 months and bail out. I'm sure Cramer will be rebuying ASND before late 9/98 -- he's no dummy. What a fun game to play. Unfortunately, Cramer tries to walk the fine line between good information and inside information, which hence requires us to take notice. From an arbitrage perspective, he's crazy to sell because he could miss it. From the perspective of a cynic, I guess you could reason that ASND is off the block. Who knows?
