I am long ISLI based on a recommendation from my broker. He is, nevertheless out of the stock, right after the buy-out announcement and recommended the same to all his clients. I didn't take his advice since I wanted more in the stock that 19.5 . I asked his on Friday morning if after the drop, ISLI would be a safe buy and he told me that he knows nothing about the buying company and the stocks are in the same field as CA which just got clobbered a couple of days back. Also, there is no minimum price for the buy-out and if Micro goes to $10 (hypothetically speaking, of course), then ISLI would follow. Does anyone know differently about the minimum price per share in the deal? It would not make sense to me to agree to such an open-ended deal, on the part of ISLI management.
