Juli,
Lets see what first quarter numbers look like to see if the money that was taken in for the Convertible was worth the risk. If an increase in revenues per share is above last years then this deal was well worth it. Joe Murphy has proved time and again that he knows what he is doing when he deals for companies or cash. I think that he would say that he did not expect to get blind sided either by the CC sellers. As bad as the CC deal looks on the surface it still has very good underlying value to DCI. The Canadian JV is strong and holding it's own against all other comers. Also CC was responsible for bringing the WH Smith contract into DCI which we turned around and sold for $9 million to SMTK. Both very important points in the history of DCI. You have to look at the whole picture and weigh the good with the bad. As bad as the selling from some CC shareholders has been to us you must look at it at the same time as the SMTK deal and the JV. We will get through the selling of the stock from whomever it is and still have the good points left. I have seen other stocks with just a single seller or two that have had similar experiences. The company is fine it's just that someone wants out and is not willing to wait. In my opinion... too bad. Let them go so we can get on with it.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
