Forbes: one of two

1. was aware of the fraud - in that case he should to be charged accordingly and should be suspended till the end of the trial.

2. was lied to and did not know - in that case people responsible
should be charged with the fraud. Forbes is basically
in the same situation as Ernst & Young. They both were lied to and
it was not their job to check whether they are being told the
truth. Should stay as Chairman.

Silverman: He relied on Ernst & Young and can not be blamed
either. Of course he is taking advantage of the
opportunity and trying to get rid of Forbes.

The proper thing to do:

to calm down and to get to the bottom of it.
