About LEAPS

What happens with LEAPS if a company is bought out? Say I'm holding the QCOM Jan 00 calls (strike price at 90) and next summer LU buys out QCOM for $90 cash per share? Are the LEAPS worthless? How about if they offer 1 share LU for 1 share QCOM? Do my QCOM LEAPS become LU LEAPS?
