complete nonsense.

Arkoosh was also willing to pursue SFA, notwithstanding your claims otherwise. Mark Silvers has stated specifically that Fred Arkoosh told him directly he wanted to stop pursuing conventional and fire John Norton. Are you saying that Mark Silvers is lying?

I went into detail why Arkoosh's other qualifications were far better than Kemp's. Please point out this detail. All you have done is repeat that Sid owns 1.4 mln shares (most of which he can't seem to figure out how to vote) and that he owns a non related business.

Of course, you conveniently moved the goal posts, expanding what Arkoosh was supposed to do, when he clearly was not brought on board to do those things. He had one goal, which was to work out a settlement with the ASE. You convenietly ignore what Fred's supporters were claiming he was going to accomplish last time. I'm sure that come next year you'l be saying the only thing Fred was brought on to accomplish this time was to right clearer proxys. But even if you want to narrow the list the settlement with the ASE was not accomplished. Yes Sid was part of that decision but so was Fred and they both took the advice of Naxos' outside counsel.

He left his own successful business and spent months in Canada doing just that (for that matter, I believe without compensation)
I guess he found those options under a cabbage leaf.

However, at the same time he emphasized that the settlement should be global, that is, one that includes the ASC. Well, Kemp and the other controlling members of management shrugged that off. So now Fred was not a controlling member of management but Sid was? What was Fred doing, going out for coffee. JJ ran the show and Fred had as much influence as Sid.

As for Kemp's alleged inability to control the situation, how is it that he was able to oust JJ? In joint action with Ian Gordon and our famous letter writer Carl Campbell. Appears all three were getting fed up with being lied to by Matt Walters. That and the leaks and the conflict of interest. I spoke to Carl twice back then specifically about my concerns regarding Matt. When JJ, out of personal loyalty, stood by Matt he was forced to step down as CEO. This 'coup' did not happen in a vacuum. If the majority of shareholders did not support this move it would have been overturned. And oh by the way this is part of Sid's qualifications. He had the strength of conviction to stand against the head of the company over this issue. What was Fred's position on Matt Walter's conflict of interest and the ridiculous rumours that always seemed to trace their way back to Matt?
