Pat.. is cpa doing ok?

I'm going to assume that most of your questions have been addressed adequately or, at least, you've been pointed in the right directions to do your own research.

I'm also going to assume you came in here with a set of perfectly reasonable questions, got a perfectly shitty response (from me), got off on the wrong foot with this message board in general (thanks to me), and can plainly feel the unnecessary barbs thrown your way and appended to the "advise" you're getting.

cpa has at least been "above" this. Wouldn't you agree?

I believe you're a highly risk adverse investor. Most the people on this board are quite "high" on WAVX. We must be under some sort of spell. Going to the company's internet site, one can expect to find all kinds of information except that kind which is more often found on-line on message boards like these warning of current and more detailed risks not mention in the company prospectus. Don't fall to sleep on me just yet.

Wave Systems has more than it's fair share of "press releases" which tend to keep this board active.
We wait on them like hungry kids as you've probably noted.

Now, what's got me convinced that WAVX really has legs? What keeps the company focused on its business objectives; on the economic activity it services? What's my prognosis of WAVX's rate of growth and how rapidly will the desire for its services expand?
And, after all this growth and expansion under the direction of a focused, persevering, excited, and highly motivated, happy bunch of devoted employees, management and owners, where will this company be 10 years from now? If there's more than one answer to this question, then this company's survival is precarious and everyone here should reassess its probability of stayed and continued success.

WAVX is overvalued if the WaveMeter fails to be passed around and used according to its inventor's plans. WAVX is not overvalued if things go according to plan. The Sprague's plans are coming along quite nicely and more consistently with the growth of e-commerce, the need for computer communication privacy and security, and the demand for ever increasing speed and bandwidth to accommodate the transmission of much larger files of information and entertainment. The WaveMeter's firmware solution offers many advantages over the software only solutions dominating the slow traffic of today's internet. (refer to the brochure by Jaffoni & Collins) In ten years, the WaveMeter will be a multi-billion dollar, revenue generating monster and a dominate encryption device by virtue of hardware encryption's superiority if the Spragues manage to accomplish what right now would appear to be within their reach. Success for WAVX is not just a pipe dream. Rather, it would seem extremely probable if you're keeping abreast of current events regarding the company's marketing strategy and the acceptance of its strategy by much larger content providers and OEM's more than hungry and willing to give it a shot.

Your pal,
Marty
