Several posters to the thread have pointed out that nobody's likely to answer YES to all four questions, as to do so would probably leave them liable to prosecution for violation of securities laws.

It's kind of like the questions they ask you at the airport:

Where did you pack your bag?

Was anyone else present?

Yes. Saddam Hussein.

Are you carrying any dangerous substances?
