First and formost is the structure and is it being used as a financial vessel to fund the company. Without that as the based you are gambling of projections because the stock structure is what all financial calculations are based upon.

It astonishes me how few people who buy pennies and BBs stop to consider this point. Obviously, one thing all very cheap stocks have in common is a lack of money, and the first question to ask is: where and how will they get it, and what'll that do to stock price?

But no: these people are fixated on the Concept: "If, as announced, XYZZ succeeds in making 127 accretive acquisitions in the next three days at ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO THEM we'll be the next Berkshire Hathaway!!!!" Right.

Follow the money.
