Where's the beef,BB ?

Just got back from a week-long trip away from net access...my my :the thread is no longer comatose.

The 2 things that still bother me are:

1. Is it,or is it not legal for full-strength Jaws to be sold in the U.S.?There seem to be conflicting opinions here.It would be very helpful were JAWZ management to make a clear statement regarding this matter here or on their website ; preferably after consulting with a competent US attorney,and telling us as much.

If this is not forthcoming ,the only logical conclusion will not be bullish for present investors.

2.How are negotiations coming along with the PDA manufacturer ? Is it a "go" simply after they test the product,or are other factors at work here,such as PDA boardroom resistance to the very concept of securing the product before selling it to the consumer ? Would this be a sale at some discount to retail( $49.95),or a license at an even steeper discount(I venture to guess).
