Looks like almost 15 million shares out. I checked the sedar proxy filing through carlson-on line. (puke, puke). all the consultants look to be leaving, but mr Wright gets $7500/month, mr.DOW gets 2000/month, mr DOW and his wife gets $5000/ month through CORNERSTONE CAPITAL for services. option prices reduced,
