since it appears all have been shocked into silence by this small observation, here's another related to revenues. I reviewed both Brod & Intuit Q reports, and guess what? they report net revenues on the op stmt!!! this means they subtract the estimated returns & allowances up front, unlike TLC, that accounts for them on the bal stmt. correct me if I'm wrong, but the quality of earnings is definitely in question and I'm shocked that none of the analysts point this out!!!
