Mr. GJ and ALL: RE: < The FED Chairman on Summer Vacation :-) > I got a real chuckle from the cartoon in today's NY Times biz section by Nick Anderson of The Louisville Courier-Journal. Entitled "The FED Chairman on Summer Vacation", you see Dr. Greenshades laying on the beach under his beach umbrella in his pin striped suit with his shoes and sock removed. To the left is a mother and small child (probably Mrs. Gemphart and baby child). Dr. Greenshades is reaching over to the child's large beach ball, holding the valve and is letting the air out ... SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Kinda like he did this week with the stock market :-)) P
