Bindusagar, AT&T/BT would be a nice first customer for LU/ASND to start the worldwide push. Could LU justify an acquisition of ASND (and its core backbone switches, frame relay and high-end RAC) based just on this one long-term contract with numerous other contracts to follow? Check out the NN thread for a debate about the impact of the AT&T/BT venture. If I were an NN shareholder, I would be very worried about LU and ASND getting together.
