Isn't it amazing how much $$$ these guys can suck out of a company without producing any results? It's no wonder they work for themselves. The only thing more amazing, is their ability to raise money. I suppose there's always someone who's willing to buy into a good story.

Pretty much anyone with a $100K of startup capital can get listed on the ASE. They prefer one or two people on the board who have Public Company experience.... not sure why. They should require one or two people on board who have a good track record. Many of the "choice" directors continually resurface, only to repeat their stellar performances of the past.
