Patric...I realize the intricacies of PE...what I'm trying to understand is if an issue has the ability to go up in price. Also, how do I decide if it is a good deal...I'll buy some, or a great deal...I'll buy all I can?

I have acquired 200 tlab because I see it in mutual fund portfolios. You experienced, tlab owners seem optimistic. But, I find optimism in any stock talk-room I enter.

I try to structure my life and my quest is to carry that value to my stock picking. I would be interested in seeing structured means of: stock picking, deciding whether to jump in, and picking a price for next year so that I know to sell it if it is over bought....Vted
